New Law Prohibits Talking On Cell Phone or Texting While Driving

The Oregon Legislature has passed a bill to outlaw talking on your cell phone or texting while driving.

It is scheduled to go into effect Jan 1, 2010.  Gov. Kulongoski has not signed it yet, but his office says he will.
